- Witch hazel
Combine half a cup of water, half a cup of witch hazel and rose petals in a saucepan. Bring all the ingredients to a boil and then let everything cool. After five hours of cooling, strain the mixture into glass bottles. If you like, you can add sea salt, rose hips or vitamins. Apply this delicate toner with a cotton swab to soothe sensitive skin any time of year.
